Areas of rain have develop across central and east-central WI
this afternoon, with a few embedded thunderstorms developing over
northern Marathon and southern Lincoln counties. Skies have also
become mostly cloudy across the region early this afternoon. As of
3PM temperatures were ranging from the middle 60s in central WI
where thunderstorms have developed to around 80 degrees in the Fox
Valley.

Showers and storms will continue to spread across the region this
afternoon with a second round moving in from the west this
evening. A few thunderstorms with this second wave may become
strong to severe with the capability of producing strong wind
gusts and small hail. Isolated flooding is also a concern for
areas the see the heaviest rainfall through this evening as many
area rivers and streams are already at or near bankfull. Low
temperatures tonight are forecast to fall into the upper 50s to
low 60s across the region.

Rain and storm chances will continue overnight and linger into
Friday evening. High temperatures are forecast to be cooler than
today, with readings ranging from the low 60s in the far north to
70 in east-central Wisconsin.
