* WHAT...South winds 10 to 20 kts and waves 3 to 6 ft subsiding
  to 2 to 4 ft overnight.

* WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island
  to Sheboygan.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
