...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN THOMAS AND
NORTHWESTERN SHERIDAN COUNTIES THROUGH 915 PM CDT...

At 850 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rexford, or 16 miles east of Colby, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Thomas
and northwestern Sheridan Counties, including the following
locations... Halford and Seguin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
northwestern Kansas.
