.DISCUSSION...Any remaining cumulus clouds should clear out prior
to sunset with a mostly clear evening and dry conditions
expected. Winds remain gusty with gusts to 25 mph in the early
evening prior to sunset and winds lessening after sunset.

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear (5-15 percent).
Min temperature.....72-80 between 1800 and 2000, 66-70 around 2100
                    around event start time, 62-66 around 2200,
                    55-60 between 2200 and 2400.
                    Overnight low of 40-45 expected.
Max humidity........49-54 percent.
Surface winds.......West winds 12 to 18 mph with gusts to 25 mph in the
                    early evening prior to sunset, decreasing to 8 to 12
                    mph with gusts to 20 mph around 2100, then becoming
                    southwest 8 to 12 mph after dusk.
