Ponding of water along county roads is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 258 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly along County Road 5 and along the Piceance Creek drainage. Between 0.3 and 1.0 inch of rain have fallen over this corridor today, with an additional 0.3 to 0.5 inches possible. - County Road 5 along Piceance Creek is the most likely place to experience minor flooding and rock slides due to heavy rain. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... mainly rural areas of Central Rio Blanco County - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
