* WHAT...Heat index values will continue to rise as a warm front
  lifts north across the area this afternoon. Clearing skies and
  rapidly warming temperatures will result in heat index values up
  to 107 by late afternoon.

* WHERE...In Kansas, Jewell, Mitchell, Osborne, Phillips, Rooks, and
  Smith Counties. In Nebraska, Furnas, Gosper, and Harlan Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
  illnesses.
