...FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 130 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Warning will expire at 130 PM CDT this afternoon for a
portion of east central Nebraska, including the following area, Polk.

Nebraska DOT and local officials report that water has receded
enough along Davis Creek on the west side of Osceola to allow
Highway 81/92 to reopen to at least one lane. As a result, this
Flood Warning will be allowed to expire.

However, please note that various creeks in the area, including
Davis Creek and Clear Creek in northern Polk County continue to run
near-bankfull, and in addition, a Flood Warning remains in effect at
this for the Big Blue River in southeastern Polk County.
