...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northwestern DeKalb,
Cobb, southwestern Gwinnett and northeastern Fulton Counties through
745 PM EDT...

At 718 PM EDT, a line of strong thunderstorms was along a line
extending from Powder Springs to Pine Lake, and moving north at 5
mph.

HAZARD...Heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Heavy rain may cause temporary street flooding especially
         in poor drainage areas.

Locations impacted include...
Atlanta, Marietta, Decatur, Peachtree Corners, Sandy Springs,
Roswell, Alpharetta, Smyrna, Dunwoody, Kennesaw, Duluth, Acworth,
Powder Springs, Lilburn, Chamblee, Norcross, Doraville, Clarkston,
Stone Mountain, and Avondale Estates.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should slow down and be prepared for possible loss of
control due to hydroplaning.
