...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of Fayette, eastern
Coweta, south central Fulton and south central Clayton Counties
through 430 PM EDT...

At 353 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was over Sharpsburg, or 9 miles
east of Newnan, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...40 to 50 mph wind, pea sized hail and frequent cloud to
         ground lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
         light, unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Newnan, Fayetteville, City of South Fulton, Peachtree City, Fairburn,
Tyrone, Senoia, Sharpsburg, Turin, Woolsey, Starrs Mill, Inman,
Cannongate, Jw Smith Reservoir, Sandy Creek, and Thomas Crossroads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People outdoors should seek shelter immediately. If you can hear
thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.
