...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM MDT THIS MORNING THROUGH THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Otero County, including the
  Sacramento Mountains.

* WHEN...From 11 AM MDT this morning through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rapid runoff associated with thunderstorm activity over the
    South Fork and Salt Fire burn scars can quickly produce flash
    flooding, particularly within canyons and creeks downstream
    of burn scars.
