...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued by Monday evening at 700 PM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL SUNDAY, JULY 14...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S.

* WHEN...Until Sunday, July 14.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Overbank flooding occurs. Water affects
  residences along the river between Wheatland and Calamus. Water
  affects businesses along the river near Calamus.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 11.8 feet and steady.
  - Recent Activity...The river will hold between 11.5 and 11.8
    feet through Saturday morning July 13.
  - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage late
    Saturday evening.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
