At 309 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds up to 30 knots and small hail. This thunderstorm was located near Port Hope, moving northeast at 30 knots. The strong thunderstorm will be near... Port Hope and Harbor Beach around 315 PM EDT. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
