...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH WEDNESDAY, JULY 10...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and forecast to continue.

* WHERE...Vermilion River near Crane Lake.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday, July 10.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, flooding of Gold Mine Road and public
  river access begins.
  At 14.0 feet, Gold Mine Road flooding likely at public river
  access.  Access to Gold Mine Camp affected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 13.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to continue to create minor
    flooding as it rises to a crest of 14.4 feet Thursday
    morning. It will then gradually fall below flood stage this
    weekend.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    14.2 feet on 05/26/2001.
