A large area of high pressure will continue to bring dry weather to the Commonwealth through Wednesday evening with afternoon min RHs in the 40-50pct range Wed. Light southerly wind is expected again Wed AM, but they will begin to gust 15 to 20mph in the afternoon. Temperatures and RH values will gradually increase for the rest of the week with scattered showers and thunderstorms moving down from the NW into the Alleghenies Wed evening. The showers will diminish as they get closer to State College. A cold front will then lay out west to east across the state on Thursday (4th). Expect scattered showers and thunderstorms, but mainly for southern PA on Independence Day.
