.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Generally weak to moderate onshore flow is expected through Sunday.
Small Craft Advisory Conditions are likely to develop throughout
Sunday, as seas build to around 8 feet over the offshore waters
in response to a tropical wave in the southwestern Gulf of Mexico/Bay
of Campeche. Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are
possible Sunday. Weak to moderate east to southeast flow is
expected Monday, becoming weaker and more southwesterly by Monday
night into Tuesday. For the rest of the week, a weak to moderate
onshore flow is expected, with seas gradually decreasing
throughout the day on Monday.
