...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN WAYNE...CAYUGA AND
OSWEGO COUNTIES THROUGH 315 PM EDT...

At 220 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 7 miles northwest of Lysander, or 7 miles southeast of
Fair Haven Beach State Park, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Oswego, Fulton, Fair Haven Beach State Park, Clyde, Central Square,
Cato, Mexico Point State Park, Nine Mile Point, Battle Island State
Park, Hastings, Scriba, Volney, Constantia, West Monroe, Palermo,
Sterling, New Haven, Phoenix, Ira, and Conquest.

This includes Interstate 81 between exits 32 and 35.
