307 FZUS54 KBRO 010233 CWFBRO Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast National Weather Service Brownsville TX 933 PM CDT Sun Jun 30 2024 Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the Rio Grande out 60 NM. Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. GMZ100-011000- 933 PM CDT Sun Jun 30 2024 .SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression three makes landfall near the Port of Veracruz, Mexico after Midnight early Monday morning. Stronger winds over the Southern Gulf of Mexico will continue to push higher seas and swells towards the Lower Texas coastal waters, however winds are likely to remain in the moderate range with the depression well removed from the region. Small Craft Advisories persist tonight with seas slowly subsiding Monday. Occasional clusters of showers or isolated thunderstorms to approach and possible move over the southern waters tonight.
