High pressure moves east of the waters on Independence Day, with
gusty southwest winds and a low chance for an isolated shower or
thunderstorm both today and Friday. Unsettled weather returns this
weekend with periods of rain and thunderstorms Saturday and Saturday
night with the passage of a weak cold front. Drier conditions Sunday
into Monday, more unsettled weather by mid next week.
