...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 AM EDT
FOR NORTHERN SULLIVAN COUNTY...

At 1122 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Neversink, or
near Liberty, moving east at 30 mph. The strongest storm which
produced widespread wind damage has moved out of Sullivan County.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Law enforcement.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Rockland, Liberty, Neversink, Callicoon, Fremont, Jeffersonville,
Parksville, Swan Lake, Loch Sheldrake, and Hazel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Heavy rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash
flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
