...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN LACKAWANNA...
SOUTHWESTERN WAYNE...EAST CENTRAL LUZERNE AND WEST CENTRAL PIKE
COUNTIES THROUGH 430 PM EDT...

At 400 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Glendale, or 7 miles southeast of Pittston, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Bear Creek, Moscow, Laflin, Sterling,
Elmhurst, Laurel Run, Lehigh, and Penn Lake Park.

This includes the following highway exits...
 Pennsylvania Interstate 81 between 168 and 170A and B.
 Interstate 84 between 8 and 20.
 Interstate 380 between 20 and 24.
 Interstate 476 near 105.
