The National Weather Service office in Binghamton NY is currently conducting a storm survey for the area near Clark Mills in Oneida County New York. The survey is in relation to the severe thunderstorms that moved through the area on 06/22/2025. Preliminary data and assessment confirm a tornado did occur, with preliminary peak intensity estimates of around 105 mph. This tornadic damage was embedded within a larger area of straightline wind damage. A final assessment including results of the survey are expected to be completed and transmitted via a Public Information Statement by By around 10 PM.
