840 WGUS83 KARX 020744 FLSARX Flood Advisory National Weather Service La Crosse WI 244 AM CDT Tue Jul 2 2024 MNC099-020900- /O.CON.KARX.FA.Y.0013.000000T0000Z-240702T0900Z/ /00000.N.ER.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.OO/ Mower MN- 244 AM CDT Tue Jul 2 2024 ...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Minnesota, including the following county, Mower. * WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 240 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but little additional rainfall is expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
