...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...Iowa...

  Mississippi River at Guttenberg Dam 10 affecting Grant and
  Clayton Counties.

  Mississippi River at McGregor affecting Crawford, Allamakee,
  Grant and Clayton Counties.

.While there was a widespread 2 to 4 inches of rainfall across parts
of southwest Wisconsin over the last 24 hours, this rainfall is not
expected to increase the magnitude of ongoing flooding across the
Mississippi. It will, however, prolong the duration of elevated
river levels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 15.5 feet, The water is over Marina Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Tuesday evening and continue falling to 13.4 feet Sunday,
    July 21.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Pumping operations begin at the Prairie du
  Chien waste water treatment facility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 17.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late Wednesday morning and continue falling to 14.3 feet
    Sunday, July 21.
