* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal Waters from Cape Charles Light to Virginia-North Carolina
  border out to 20 nm...
  Coastal waters from Parramore Island to Cape Charles Light VA out
  20 nm...
  Currituck Sound...
  Waters from Cape Charles Light to Virginia - North Carolina Border
  from 20 to 40 nm...
  Waters from Parramore Island VA to Cape Charles Light VA from 20 to
  40 nm...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 435 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 9 nm east of
  Ship Shoal Inlet to 6 nm east of Anglo African Wreck to near Cape
  Henry, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

  Chesapeake Light Tower, Anglo African Wreck, Virginia Beach
  Oceanfront, Cape Henry, Ship Shoal Inlet, Sandbridge, Buoy 4a
  Drydocks, Fish Hook, Triangle Reef, 10 Nm East Of Virginia Beach
  Oceanfront, Cape Charles Light, Rudee Inlet, and 26 Mile Hill.
