  Coastal Waters from Cape Charles Light to Virginia-North Carolina
  border out to 20 nm...
  Coastal waters from Parramore Island to Cape Charles Light VA out
  20 nm...

* Until 430 PM EDT.

* At 322 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 8 nm northwest of Quinby Inlet to near Thimble
  Shoals, moving east at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Chesapeake Light Tower, Anglo African Wreck, Virginia Beach
  Oceanfront, Cape Henry, Ship Shoal Inlet, Quinby Inlet, Sandbridge,
  Great Machipongo Inlet, Sand Shoal Inlet, 10 Nm East Of Virginia
  Beach Oceanfront, Cape Charles Light, Cape Henry Wreck, Rudee
  Inlet, Parramore Island, Wachapreague Inlet, and Fishermans Island.
