  Chesapeake Bay from New Point Comfort to Little Creek VA...
  James River from James River Bridge to Hampton Roads
  Bridge-Tunnel...

* Until 500 PM EDT.

* At 359 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel to near 4th
  Island Bay Bridge, moving east at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, 1st Island Bay Bridge, Latimer Shoal,
  Cape Henry, Thimble Shoals, Poquoson, Dominion Pier, Kiptopeke
  Concrete Ships, Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, Lynnhaven, Hampton
  River Inlet, Hampton Flats, Bluefish Rock, Fishermans Island, The
  Hump, Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel, Willoughby Bay, Sewells
  Point, Cape Henry Wreck, and Cabbage Patch.
