North Carolina, central Virginia, east central Virginia, eastern
Virginia, south central Virginia and southeast Virginia.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Increasingly hot and humid conditions are expected over the outlook
area from Thursday through the upcoming weekend. Midday and
afternoon
heat index values in the upper 90s to low 100s are expected
Thursday. The hottest days are expected to be Friday through the
weekend, with heat indices expected in the 103-108 range.
