* TIMING...For the first Red Flag Warning, until 10 PM AKDT this
  evening. For the second Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM to 11 PM
  AKDT Friday.

* LIGHTNING ACTIVITY LEVEL...4.

* WINDS...South 10 to 15 mph.

* HUMIDITY...As low as 21 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...Highs around 90.

* IMPACTS...Rapid ignition, growth and spread of fires will be
  possible. Frequent lightning can promote new fire starts. Hot,
  dry, and windy conditions may lead to rapid spread of fires.
