While we will have another afternoon of showers and thunderstorms,
severe weather is not expected. The main concern with any
thunderstorm activity will be lightning. The chance of precipitation
is near 40 percent.

Dry weather will return this evening, with afternoon showers and
thunderstorms only over eastern South Dakota and western Minnesota
Monday afternoon and Tuesday afternoon. The drier air will take hold
for the rest of the week, along with a warming trend.

Temperature today will top out into the upper 70s to near 80 degrees,
and fall into the upper 50s to near 60 degrees tonight. Highs
temperatures Monday will be in the upper 70s to mid 80s.
