...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 PM CDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast South Dakota, including the
  following counties, Brown, Clark, Day and Spink.

* WHEN...Until 215 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 220 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported water over
    secondary roads in northern Clark County. Flooding is already
    occurring. Any additional rainfall will exacerbate the
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Groton, Bristol, Conde, Hutterville Colony, Andover, Bradley,
    Stratford, Ferney, Crocker, Butler, Verdon, Lily, Crandall
    and Swan Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
