Dakota...

  James River Near Hecla affecting Brown County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued by early Saturday
afternoon.Saturday afternoon at 315 PM CDT.

* WHERE...James River near Hecla.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 93.0 feet, Mainly agricultural land impacts. Initial
  areas of water affecting 100th/103rd streets.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 93.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 6:45 AM CDT Friday was 93.3 feet.
  - Flood stage is 93.0 feet.
