...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN UNION COUNTY
THROUGH 415 PM MDT...

At 345 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 17
miles east of Branson, or 18 miles northeast of Des Moines, moving
east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Union
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If threatening weather approaches your area, take shelter in a sturdy
building.
