...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL CATRON COUNTY
THROUGH 230 PM MDT...

At 203 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles east of Blue, or 11 miles southwest of Reserve, moving
southeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of west central
Catron County.  Heavy rain will quickly fill arroyos to hazardous
levels. Do not cross flooded low water crossings.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If threatening weather approaches your area, take shelter in a sturdy
building.
