.DISCUSSION...
An area of rain with embedded thunderstorms will move southeast
across Las Vegas early this evening. Rainfall amounts are likely
to be less than 0.20". Skies will clear overnight with light and
variable winds. Thursday will be drier and warmer. Confidence on
the wind direction Thursday is low. Southeast winds early in the
day may become northwest by late afternoon with a period of gusty
winds before sunset. A moist cold front will move back into the area
Thursday night with increasing clouds and a higher chance for
showers and thunderstorms after midnight. Low clouds, cool
temperatures, and high humidity Friday morning may give way to a
few more showers and thunderstorms by Friday afternoon.
