.DISCUSSION...Incredibly dry conditions persist with all
elevations seeing relative humidities drop into the single digits
in the afternoons and valley locations remaining in the single
digits through the overnight periods. Modest moisture will enter
the region through the week, which will allow overnight recoveries
to increase to 15-25%. Afternoon wind gusts will range 10-20 mph
each day through the forecast period with well-above-average
temperatures.
