WASHINGTON AND NOWATA COUNTIES THROUGH 830 PM CDT...

At 746 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm 3 miles
east of Delaware, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects.
