  Wakarusa River at Wakarusa affecting Shawnee County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING TO LATE TOMORROW
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wakarusa River at Wakarusa.

* WHEN...From this morning to late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 22.5 feet, Flood waters begin moving north in a low
  depression area toward homes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 15.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.9
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late
    this evening.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
