...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHERN BLAINE COUNTY THROUGH
1215 PM MDT...

At 1144 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 21 miles north of Chinook to 20 miles west of
Turner. Movement was south at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hogeland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to
localized ponding of water.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
