* Special Marine Warning for...
  Tampa Bay waters...

* Until 215 PM EDT.

* At 111 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located over Ruskin, near
  Tampa, and near other coastal areas. These storms are nearly
  stationary but outflow boundaries could produce some strong wind
  gusts.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure
           all on board are wearing life jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
  Gandy Bridge, Old Tampa Bay, Howard Frankland Bridge, Port Manatee
  Reef, Tampa Bay, Cockroach Bay, Sunshine Skyway Bridge,
  Hillsborough Bay, and Courtney Campbell Causeway.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
