ZONES 215,216,217,218,263,266 AND 279...

* Winds...Northerly wind 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
  Strongest wind expected Tuesday morning and along the western
  half of the Sacramento Valley into the eastern Coast Range.

* Humidity...Minimum daytime relative humidity of 5 to 15
  percent expected. Nighttime humidity recoveries will also be
  very poor in the 15 to 35 percent range.

* Highest Threat...Sacramento Valley, generally west of
  Interstate 5 and elevations below 3000 feet.

* Impacts...The combination of gusty wind and low humidity can
  cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity. Outdoor
  burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong wind, low relative humidity, and hot temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
