            From Utah Division of Emergency Management:
            Flash flooding in eastern Garfield County
            caused 4 people to be stranded on an
            elevated rock in Hog Canyon near Highway 95.
            Department of Public Safety helicopter and
            Swift Water Rescue crews were on standby.
            Individuals were able to move safely to dry
            ground. (Time estimated from radar).
