...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM MDT THIS
AFTERNOON FOR SOUTH CENTRAL EMERY AND CENTRAL WAYNE COUNTIES...

At 404 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain from Caineville east to Hanksville including SR-24. Between
1.00 and 1.25 inch of rain has fallen. Flooding of dirt roads have
been reported in Hanksville. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Hanksville and SR-24 west to Caineville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
