ISABEL TO ADJUNTAS AND PENUELAS THROUGH 730 AM AST...

At 658 AM AST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Santa Isabel, moving northwest at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
