RICO THROUGH 1045 AM AST...

At 949 AM AST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Guanica, moving northwest at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph, heavy rainfall, and lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
