At 453 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located over the waters east of the Virgin Islands, moving eastward at 20 knots. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
