...A CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS OF WESTERN
PUERTO RICO AND THE MONA PASSAGE...

The areas affected include...
  Coastal Waters OF Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Coastal Waters OF Southwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Mona Passage Southward to 17N...

At 322 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a cluster strong
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and
frequent lightning. These thunderstorms were located over the
coastal waters of western Puerto Rico into the Mona Passage, moving
west at 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
