...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

Doppler radar indicates strong thunderstorms across the Caribbean
and Mona Channel waters. Conditions remain favorable for
additional storms to develop in the Caribbean and Atlantic, mainly
closer to Puerto Rico. These storms may result in periods of heavy
rainfall, wind gusts of 40 to 50 knots, frequent lightning and
possible waterspouts.

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately.
