...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN MILLER COUNTY
THROUGH 600 PM CDT...

At 525 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Eldon, moving southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Eldon, Tuscumbia, Olean, Marys Home, Etterville, and Aurora Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
central Missouri.
