This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Marginal hail risk.
  Slight thunderstorm wind damage risk.
  Elevated lightning risk.
  Limited excessive rainfall risk

DISCUSSION...

A front will continue to move south through area this evening.
Showers and storms will continue to develop and slowly move south
through the area along the front. Coverage in storms will start
to gradually decrease late this evening but a few linger showers
and storms will remain possible into the overnight hours but
coverage will be limited. Isolated strong to severe storms will
remain possible through late this evening with winds up to 65 mph
the main risk. Locally heavy rainfall will also occur with the
storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Slightly cooler conditions on Sunday with heat and rain returning
through the week.

  Spotter activation may be needed this evening.
