GOES-E MDS Sector 2 will be centered over 32.5N/79.9W from 1500Z through 02/0300Z in support of excessive rainfall ops over coastal South Carolina. This replaces the mesosector centered over 42.9N/98.5W which has been moved to GOES-W Meso-2. GOES-W MDS Sector 2 will be centered over 42.9/98.5W from now through 02/1200Z in support of severe storm ops over the Northern Plains. This mesosector replaces the GOES-E Meso-2 which was centered over the same point.
